Within 30 days, if you don't love the product, contact us and we will take your product back absolutely free for a store credit, equal to the cost of the product you are returning.

  • Our return policy excludes: drinks, merchandise, snacks and any purchase made with cryptocurrency.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns from any retailers that carry our products.
  • All discounted/promotions or limited items are final sale.

We don't offer refunds on our products because they are consumable goods and it would be a safety risk for us to resell or reuse the returns in anyway.

International returns: If you pay to send the item(s) back to our warehouse in its original condition, we will happily give you in-store credit for the retail value of the item once we receive the order back at our warehouse. Please be sure if you are returning the item(s) back to us, you provide us with the tracking number for the return order.

Once you contact us, our customer care team will approve or deny your request within one business day.
Once approved you will receive a return label via email to ship your product(s) back to us.
